baby Isabella's up-date
Yes, Ester will be having our baby girl soon. Isabella is expected any day now and we are really excited. We hope you are doing well and hope to post some pictures on line as soon as God allows her to take her first breaths.
Blessings,

at work
There are roughly 1000 workers here at Lake Hart (Campus Crusade's world headquarters) in Orlando, FL. Lake Hart consists 3 buildings - 2 main ones and a third smaller building. I work in the east building in the NCO - national campus office. Ester works in the east building as well but works on the south end (I work in the north end) in the office of the President working on translation of materials for Brazil.
There is a beautiful middle area in between the east and west buildings. Especially during this time, it is so great to take some time and enjoy the area. There is even wireless outside so we can bring our laptop and continue working from outside!
I would like to extend an invitation for you all to come to our headquaters and check it out. Please, if you do, let me know. It would be great to see you!

What do you do?
Ester and I have been asked this question so much, so I thought it purdent to address for you all.
Working with Campus Crusade, we wear many "hats" during our workday, however our main jobs are as follows:
I work with WSN (Worldwide Student Network)in the National Campus Office - basically, the sending agency of Campus Crusade for Christ. I am an assistant to the National Director. Being a part of the national team, I have a chance to have my hand involved in most parts of the world - connecting students, staff, and other organizations with each other. I am doing a lot of administrative work lately... emails, faxes, and 1 day of the week we focus on development. Think of our jobs here as a "re-feuling" time or a sabbatical.
Ester is working in the office of the President. She is transcribing audio materials from spoken English to written English so that she is able to translate those materials into Portuguese. Transcribing those materials allows other people to take the transcribed material in English and translate into other languages as well. She has had some difficulty in spending a full day at the office since she is only 4 more weeks before giving birth to our daughter, Isabella.
That's our up-date for now. Hope this blog finds you well.

Reaching the world for Jesus Christ
So, as Ester and I have been attending the Campus Crusade staff conference here at CSU in Ft. Collins, I have again renewed my commitment to help fulfill the great commission (Matthew 28:18-20) in our generation in the power of the Holy Spirit.
To hear the stories of how and where God is at work and what He is doing to further His kingdom here on earth is quite astounding. I'm not sure where and how we will be partnering with God in accomplishing His mission, but I sure hope it continues to be with Campus Crusade.
We continue to pray and work toward seeing our support come in to full and beyond. Please pray with us. Also, and more importantly, please continue to pray for Ester and me - in our marriage, in our walks with our Lord and in our preparation for the future.
May God bless you all,
Scotty and Ester

CSU - Ft. Collins, CO
Ester and I are out in Fort Collins, CO for the international Campus Crusade for Christ conference that happens every 2 years. People from all over the world are here and it has been fun to connect with the national director of the campus ministry in Brazil, Katia.
Ester and I are doing well. Ester is almost 7 months pregnant now and showing with grace. Isabella has been active and kicking quite a bit and we are excited for her arrival at the end of October. Please continue to pray for Ester and Isabella's health and development.
We plan to return to MN in early August. Around the 13th or so we plan to drive down to Orlando, FL where we'll be living.
Please keep praying for our support. We have seen God bring in half of what we are asking for and continue to ask him for 18 more people who are able to give 100 dollars a month. We are trusting God and He is no doubt at work.
We also ask that you pray with us that God reveals himself to both Ester and I in a real way during the next few months.
Praising God for you all. God bless,
Scotty and Ester Moore

raising support
Being patient and waiting on God. That is what Ester and I are doing as we work as hard as we can calling, visiting, casting vision and asking people to join our team of ministry partners to help reach the world for Jesus.
We work, ask, pray, cast vision, wait, are bold, plan, and even more BUT it is God who has the final say and we are ok with that. I would say staying organize with so many different things going on and remaining self disciplined is one of the hardest parts for me. The other is having a floating office. I would really work better if I had an office that is set up for me and where I can store files - I'm looking forward to that in Orlando. Also, I'm looking foward to moving FL and working at the world headquarters for Campus Crusade for Christ.
Feel free to pray for us. Thank you.
